India takes a walk on Moon: The Indian Space Exploration Association’s Pragyan meanderer was effectively conveyed on the Moon on Thursday, after the fruitful delicate arriving of the Chandrayaan-3 mission.
This comes hours after India’s third lunar mission, Chandrayaan-3, prearranged history as Vikram lander landed on the Moon surface on Wednesday night.
“The Ch-3 Meanderer sloped down from the Lander and India went for a stroll on the moon,” expressed Isro in a post on X (previously known as Twitter), adding that more mission updates would be shared soon.

The meanderer, which is about the size of a microwave, is intended to go up to 500 meters (1,640 feet) on the lunar surface. It will lead trials to concentrate on the Moon’s geography, mineralogy, and environment.
The Chandrayaan-3 mission is India’s third lunar mission. The first, Chandrayaan-1, was sent off in 2008 and worked for a considerable length of time. The second, Chandrayaan-2, was sent off in 2019 however neglected to arrive on the Moon.
The effective arriving of Chandrayaan-3 makes India the fourth country to delicate land on the Moon, after the US, the Soviet Association, and China.
